Feuling Reaper Conversion Chain Drive Camshaft for ’99-06 Harley Davidson Twin Cam Models (Not for ’06 Dyna)

Update old mechanical-style cams and tensioners to new-style hydraulic tensioner system! Conversion camshafts are a hybrid, with early ’99-’06 inner cam journals and late ’07-’17 outer cam journals.

  • Conversion camshafts do not fit in a conversion camplate.
  • Uses the ’07-’17 camplate and oil pump with ’07-’17 and oil pump with ’07-’17 style hydraulic tensioners, chains, sprockets and spacers. Sold separately.

525 Cam: 1016

  • Designed to increase torque band width and increase fuel economy
  • Bolt in camshaft upgrade for stock 88″ and 96″ engines
  • Performs well in 103″ stroker engines
  • Produces strong low and mid range power with linear horsepower and torque curve
  • Can be used with factory valve springs, pushrods and lifters
  • Increases throttle response and eases starting
  • Responds well to increased compression and cylinder head work
  • Rpm range 1750-5500
  • 9° Overlap

543 Cam: 1015

  • Offers more power than the 525 cams without sacrificing low end torque
  • Extremely smooth cam lobe layout maintains quiet valve train and produces the smoothest cruise power band available
  • Excellent bolt-in camshaft for stock to mid 96″ and 103″ engines and works well in 88″ and 96″ engines
  • Cam is easy starting, increases throttle response and fuel mileage
  • Responds well to increased compression ratio, performance exhaust and a high-flow air cleaner
  • 1900-6000 RPM power range
  • Notes: Performance valve springs are required on ’99-’04 engines and performance pushrods and lifters are recommended but not required.

574 Cam: 1017

  • Wide power band for modified engines
  • Bolt in for stock 103″ and 110″ engines
  • Works well with 95″, 106″, 107″ and 114″ big bore engines
  • RPM range 2000-6800
  • Smooth lobe design creates a very smooth valvetrain motion
  • Responds to modified cylinder heads, increased compression ratio, performance exhaust and intake systems
  • Note: Performance pushrods and lifter recommended.
  • Requires ’07-’17 factory tensioners, outer sprocket, chains, hardware and performance valve springs on ’99-’04 engines.

594 Cam: 1019

  • Fierce performing camshaft for an array of engine sizes, large displacement 103″, 110″ and 124″ engines looking for a superior torque band with excellent horsepower gains in heavy bikes (2200-6250)
  • Smaller high-revving displacement 95″ style engines in lighter bikes looking to twist the throttle and tap into some horsepower (2500-6800 RPM)
  • Large displacements respond well to increased compression ratio and smaller displacements will require it
  • 594 cams require high-performance valve springs, pushrods, lifters, carburetor or throttle body work, performance exhaust, intake and clutch
