Type-WH carbon fiber heat extraction hood for 2005 – 2013 Chevrolet Corvette C6

*Heat extractor vents improve cooling and aerodynamics

*Mounts with OE hardware, hinges and latch 

*Latch bracket (u bolt) will need to be transferred from OE hood 

*Location for hood latches may be required to be modified.

*Hood pins required for safety reasons – AeroCatch or Quic-Latch 

*Heat shield required 

*Always carefully close a composite hood. Slamming or dropping the hood may cause it to crack.

*Anderson Composites does not suggest re-installing gas shocks/dampers/struts

*The use of a hood prop rod is highly recommended

*Hood is hand crafted and weighs approximately 18.4 lbs.
