This Airaid cold air intake system directly replaces the factory cold air system on your 2005-2009 4.6L Mustang GT and provides up to 17 horsepower over the factory airbox using the factory engine calibration.
This intake was designed with a restrictor in place in order to not require custom tuning and runs perfectly on the original engine calibration. For even more performance, the included restrictor can be removed and combined with SCT custom tuning gains of up to 40 horsepower can be achieved!
This intake ties properly into the factory cold air ducting system to keep air charge temperatures as low as possible and includes washable air filter that will last for years to come.
