The Manley H-Beam is a popular choice of Connecting Rod with the 4.6L / 5.4L Modular Crowd. The became very well known when Ford used them in the 03-04 Cobra and then again in the Ford GT Super car. These Rods are fully machined, heat treated, stressrelieved, shot peened, and magnafluxed. These Rods come standard with 3/8″ ARP 2000 Cap Screws.
