Its inner clutch teeth have a larger radius at the base, which offers up to 350% greater strength versus back-cut designs. This unit will not work with early tapered axle designs that used an axle spacer button. This unit is drilled for 7/16in. ring gear bolts. If using in an application with 3/8in. bolts; please purchase (10) YSPBLT-027 spacers.
