This system is constructed of 1-7/8 IN – 3 IN mandrel-bent 304 stainless steel tubing for maximum strength and durability.
Titanium Cerakote Ceramic Outer Coating with Copper Ceramic Inner Coating:
This coating combination reduces the outside surface temperature of headers and reduces engine compartment temperatures by as much as 46% vs. non-coated headers.
Heavy Duty Flanges:
Factory style laser cut machined mild steel flanges are used used for a secure leak-free seal.
Integrated Mitered Merge Collector:
A mitered merge collector is used to decrease turbulence and increase exhaust velocity resulting in increased horsepower, torque and improved throttle response.
